Foundations of Health & Wellness Program

Foundations of Health and Wellness is a three month intensive lifestyle program that teaches you how to quickly lose weight, gain strength and live a pain free lifestyle without expensive gym equipment, complicated work out routines and fad diets.

If you struggle with knowing the what, why or how of living a healthy lifestyle and looking for a program that gives you accountability, tools and a community to support you, this program is for you.

Therapeutic Massage & Pain Management

I specialize in therapeutic massage. Whether you are looking to recover from an injury, move with less pain, overcome inflexibility or improve in your athletic performance, I want to help you do these things quickly.

Using several different healing mobilities, my goal is to help you understand how your lifestyle leads to improper movement, less mobility and potential of injury during your movement choices.
